Requirements:

- Deep understanding of how the gaming industry works.
- Successful experience on Asia, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Canada, New Zealand, Slovakia, Ireland or South Africa markets also will be a plus work experience with DACH, Nordic markets.
Duties:
- Account existing affiliate partners via email, phone, newsletters and forums to maximize revenue generation.
- Recruit new affiliates to run CPA, RS and hybrid campaigns.
- Negotiate terms of the deal.
- Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
- Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Ensure affiliates commissions to be paid on-time each month.
- Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
- Assist in growing existing affiliate database for maximum customer exposure.
- Handle day-to-day communication with partners and provide appropriate affiliate support.
- Work with the marketing services, creative and web development teams to deliver the best acquisition via affiliate sites.
- Participate in professional exhibitions, conventions, forums and additional initiatives and meetings to increase partners’ network.
- Develop unique content for monthly affiliate newsletters within the program
- Maintain full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation and best practice for affiliate marketing initiatives.
- Create promotions and tournaments to keep existing affiliates actively promoting brands on their sites.
