The Affiliate Marketing Department is responsible for driving traffic towards the Casino and Sport betting brands and Acquisition. The main focus of the Affiliate Coordinator will be to ensure our Affiliate Team runs smoothly. You will coordinate and manage all Affiliate Managers ensuring operational excellence and efficient execution with internal and external stakeholders. As an Affiliate Coordinator you will be responsible for setup, management and optimization of our affiliate program.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Affiliate Managers in their efforts to increase their KPIs:some text
    • Being involved in the marketing and operational processes for the Affiliate Team and effectively managing daily requests from Affiliates Managers;
    • Provide technical support for new affiliates and assist with program implementation, creative delivery, creative asset production management, IT requests, affiliate operations, partner billing process, etc. along with Affiliate Managers;
    • Coordinate with the other Acquisition Team members to drive balanced and complementary campaigns;
    • Inbox management - review of inboxes, respond to technical queries, invoices, liaising with Affiliate Managers;
  • Service, configuration, maintenance and taking care of the daily running of Affiliate Tracking Platformssome text
    • Manage, monitor and update the company's affiliates systems with relevant information, marketing material, deals etc.
    • Planning, executing and evaluating affiliate program related projects such as: program enhancements, upgrades and changes, integrations
    • Managing payments, providing business intelligence and assisting the end of month reporting with finance and accounting.
  • Analyze and report program performance using affiliate and 3rd party analytics platform:some text
    • Provide comprehensive reporting to all levels and making recommendations to improve overall performance of the system;
    • Manage and maintain internal databases & document systems & internal processes;
    • Responsible for the overall coordination of affiliate accounts and groups;
    • Creation of advanced ad hoc spreadsheets reporting and projection documents
    • Manage, enforce and develop T&Cs for the affiliate program with Head of Affiliates and Affiliate Director.
  • Manage, coordinate and lead significant projects of the Departmentsome text
    • Handle administrative tasks of the Department
    • Communicate daily with various internal department to solve technical and other issues
    • Handle troubleshooting relating to the affiliates systems
    • Assist with Research and Development (R&D) which is the part of a company operations that seeks knowledge to develop, design, and enhance its products, services, technologies, or processes, marketing and cost reduction.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent skills in Google Sheets & Excelsome text
    • Skilled at advanced spreadsheet features to manipulate data (Pivot Tables, SUMIFs, VLOOKUPs, Query in Google Sheets, etc)
    • Understanding of statistical reporting and web analytics
    • PowerBI experience is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindsetsome text
    • Self-starter with ability to drive projects with minimum supervision / management
    • Highly motivated and passionate about digital media
    • Experience of developing acquisition / content / brand partnerships from scratch
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
